Price:

Stacey’s Designer Cakes are all individually priced to reflect the design, size of cake for the amount of portions required, time taken to produce the cake. Please contact us for a quote.

Payments and Deposits

A non- returnable deposit of 25% of total cake order is required to confirm an order and reserve a date in my diary. Final payments for celebration are paid in cash on collection or delivery. Final payments for wedding cakes are to be made 4 weeks before date of delivery/collection.

Any alteration to original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge, late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation of orders: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, in the event of cancellation any work already completed is chargeable.

Damage to cakes:

Stacey’s Designer Cakes accept no responsibility for cakes once they have been collected from the premises or delivery to selected venue, person’s collecting or accepting delivery of the order will be required to sign delivery note with important information about your cake, a copy will be provided for your information.

How to order:

Stacey would love to create something extra special for you, please get in touch via the enquiry form, by email, or threw face book page, or to book a consultation are by appointment only, consultations with tasting are available for wedding orders.
My cakes are baked and decorated to the highest quality and standard. I take a limited number of orders per week it is advisable to book your cake well in advance, for wedding cakes please allow at least 3 months, celebrations cakes at least four weeks in advance how ever I would try my best to fit you in if it is a short notice cake. Cakes can be booked up to 1 year in advance your deposit will secure your chosen date.

Allergen information:

We advise customers with food allergies or food intolerance to contact us about requirements before ordering. Nuts, glute and dairy products are present in out kitchen and as such we are unable to provide cakes for people who have allergies to those allergens due to the risk of cross contamination. Product labels made ‘without’ does not mean they care free from, we can produce cakes made without gluten, dairy or nut ingredients, however due to the risk of cross contamination we cannot guarantee that the product will be ‘free from allergens’.
